This is gonna be one high bridge!

David and I went to Las Vegas the last in week in January for my Dad's retirement party. On Saturday, we went to the Hoover Dam. They are building a bridge for traffic not going to sightsee. Here's a cool pic of the bridge site. They are building from each side at the same time. When it's done, the towers will be gone. Really cool looking! Go see it, if you can!

Me & my hubby!

Me & David at the dam. Nice picture Ash! Good angle. Mmmhmm!

Me & my Sis

This is me and my sister Ashley that day. It was soooo nice! Sunny and warm!

Cat Call

I was outside taking pictures of the cats and decided to make them all famous! They are all very excited and are demanding to use my phone to call around for an agent. Anyone interested?

Wolf Pack Radio

I am currently listening to my little sister Ashley's radio show on Wolf Pack Radio! She and her friend Alexis have a show from 6-7pm Nevada time every Monday. They play local music and chit chat with each other about what bands are playing where in the area. Have a listen sometime! www.wolfpackradio.org Monday nights 8-9 pm central time for all the
"mid-westerners" like myself!

Pumpkin Time!

Every fall the kids get to carve pumpkins with their dad. It's a tradition around our house. This year we only had one with a face. That would be Ryan's pumpkin. Mady made stars, hearts for Morgan, and Davey carved a basketball into his. Fun stuff, if Dad doesn't blow his top! Ha! Ha!

Corn Maze

Yesterday, the whole clan (the whole clan being me and my husband with our 4 kids and 2 of my husbands brothers along with their wives and 4 kids) went to Benson Farms near Denton, Nebraska. They have the World's Largest Corn Maze! For anyone who doesn't know what a corn maze is, check out their website. http://www.bensonfarms.com/ Anyway, we all had a momentary lack of sanity and decided to try the 4 mile route through the maze! No, we did not make it! We turned around after about 30 minutes and, thankfully, made it back to the entrance. Whew! The kids had a good time running around, the weather was perfect, and a good time was had by all. Yes, that's the kids playing in a giant box full of corn, they loved it!
